giteroute Philippines · Buyer guide
Start with the evidence, not the superlative
The best-fit GEO agency is one that can explain the problem, define the work, show how results will be observed, and make its commercial responsibilities clear. A claim to be the “best” or “leading” provider is not enough. This guide is published by giteroute, a service provider, and should be read as our buying framework rather than an independent league table.
Ask what the agency means by GEO
The term can cover content improvements, technical website work, brand-information consistency, source research, or AI-answer testing. Ask the agency to explain the actual tasks. A proposal should identify the website pages, target questions, evidence needs, search products, reporting method, and people responsible for implementation. Without that detail, two quotes may describe very different services.
Separate visibility observations from business outcomes
A company can be mentioned in an answer without being recommended. Its website can be cited without generating a visit. A visit can fail to produce a qualified enquiry. Ask which of those events the agency measures and how. Where a provider presents a before-and-after result, check the dates, sample size, exact question set, platform mode, and whether results were reproduced across more than one session.
Examine the case-study relationship
A case study from an agency’s own brand can be informative, but it should be labelled as an internal or related-party project. An unnamed client example requires enough context to interpret the result without exposing private information. Ask whether the numbers come from analytics, search-console records, CRM data, or a selected answer screenshot. Each source supports a different claim.
Check whether the website fundamentals are included
Google states that its established SEO principles remain relevant to AI features. There is no special AI file or schema required for inclusion. That means a proposal should not treat a decorative dashboard or an llms.txt file as a replacement for useful content, crawlability, clear internal navigation, and appropriate evidence. Ask who will fix technical issues when the audit finds them.
Compare the actual commercial scope
A clear quote distinguishes research, content, implementation, reporting, and any third-party costs. It identifies approval responsibilities and states which deliverables you will own or retain access to. Check whether media placements, subscriptions, hosting changes, or paid distribution are included. A lower headline price can be misleading when the essential work is excluded.
Use a simple proposal-comparison framework
Evaluate each proposal under six headings: problem definition; implementation detail; quality of evidence; measurement method; responsibilities and access; commercial clarity. Under each heading, record what is documented, what is unclear, and what question must be answered. Keep the raw supporting material with the evaluation. A transparent scorecard is more useful than accepting a provider’s self-awarded rank.
Treat guarantees carefully
OpenAI states that placement in ChatGPT search is not guaranteed. A provider can commit to a defined body of work and reporting obligations, but cannot control every future answer across different users and contexts. Be especially cautious when a sales pitch presents a single answer as proof of permanent placement or sells private access to a supposed recommendation list.
Choose a scope you can evaluate
For a new relationship, a defined diagnostic or implementation scope can make the working process visible before expansion. Agree what success means, what information the agency needs, and what evidence will be delivered. A growth or equity partnership deserves a separate commercial discussion; it should not be a condition hidden inside an ordinary service enquiry.

Questions before you start
Is this an independent list of the top GEO agencies?
No. It is a provider-authored selection guide. We do not assign ourselves a market rank or invent competitor scores.
Should I choose the lowest quote?
